PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (P3)
SENER excels in alternative project delivery and has more than 20 years of experience in public private partnerships (P3). We have contributed to more 100 P3 projects in 13 different countries across a range of markets including transportation, buildings, energy and water.
As a firm, SENER has served in many roles within the P3 process including developer, equity member, lead designer and technical advisor to equity members and owners.
In the U.S. we have successfully applied this experience by delivering the Angels Flight Renovation project, the first P3 transit project for Los Angeles Metro and the City of Los Angeles.
