SENER has become a leader in the aerospace industry with more than 50 years of experience in the development, integration and supply of high-performance systems, instruments and equipment for scientific research and advanced applications.

To date, the company has installed more than 275 on board equipment in satellites or space vehicles supplied to NASA, the European Space Agency ESA and the Japanese Space Agency JAXA, among others, without a single failure. SENER has a partnership agreement with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems to work together on the Predator B Remotely Piloted Aircraft for the Spanish Government

ENERGY

SENER has played a leading role in the development of power generation plants. The company leads the world market in technological development, design and construction of power plants, solar thermal plants, liquefied natural gas storage and regasification terminals and underground gas storage, refining units, petrochemical and plastics plants, and municipal, agricultural, or industrial solid waste regeneration or treatment plants.

In solar, SENER has taken part in the construction of more than 29 concentrated solar power plants in the U.S., Spain, India, Morocco and South Africa. These projects amount to more than 2,000 megawatts of installed capacity saving more than one million tons of carbon dioxide.
